1. Use PHP 8.2+ (MultiPHP Manager in cPanel).
2. Install one caching plugin and enable page caching.
3. Compress and resize images before uploading — WebP is smaller than JPG.
4. Remove plugins you do not use; each one adds work to every page.
5. Put the site behind Cloudflare's free plan.
Measure before and after with PageSpeed Insights so you know what helped.
