Summary
These terms apply when you visit our website, create an account, buy products, use your wallet, hire us for a gig, post in the forum, run a bio page or join our affiliate program. By using the site you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy policy, Refund policy, Licensing and Cookie policy.
Your account
- You must be at least 18, or have a parent's permission, to create an account.
- Keep your password safe and turn on two-factor sign-in for extra protection. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
- Give us correct details. We may ask you to verify your email before you can download products.
- One person, one account. Accounts created to abuse promotions, referrals or reviews may be closed.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
Buying products
- Prices are shown in our base currency. Other currencies are for convenience; the base price is what is charged.
- Your order is confirmed once the payment is received (card, bank transfer, crypto, wallet, or approved manual payment).
- Products are delivered as downloads in your library with a license key where the product has one.
- Coupons and sale prices apply only as described and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Licenses and use of products
What you may do with a product depends on the license plan you bought. The details, including domain limits and updates, are on our Licensing page. In short: you buy the right to use the product under its license — not ownership of the product itself — and you may not resell, share or publish the files.
Your wallet
- You can top up your wallet and use the balance to buy products, pay for gigs, memberships and Profile Pro.
- Wallet balance is store credit. It is not a bank account, earns no interest and cannot be transferred to other members.
- Refunds for eligible orders may be returned to your wallet.
- We may freeze a wallet during an investigation of fraud or a payment dispute.
Memberships and Profile Pro
- Memberships and Profile Pro run for the period shown when you buy them and renew automatically from your wallet if auto-renew is on and your balance is enough. We remind you before each renewal.
- You can switch auto-renew off at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Products claimed with a membership stay in your library under the membership's terms.
Gigs (custom work)
- You describe what you need, we send a quote with a price and delivery time, and work starts once you pay the quote (or its first milestone) from your wallet.
- For milestone quotes, each part is paid, delivered and approved in turn.
- You can ask for changes to a delivery or approve it. Once approved, the work (or milestone) is complete.
- If a paid request is cancelled before it is complete, the paid parts that were not yet approved are refunded to your wallet.
- You own the custom work we deliver once it is paid in full, apart from third-party code and our own reusable components, which you may use in that project.
Community forum
- Be respectful. No spam, harassment, hate, illegal content or sharing of cracked/nulled software.
- Links are limited to protect members from scams; breaking the rules can earn strikes, a temporary mute or a ban from posting.
- You keep ownership of what you post, and give us permission to show it on the site.
- Moderators may edit, hide or remove posts that break the rules.
Bio pages
- Your bio page must follow these terms. No scams, malware, adult content, impersonation or illegal content.
- We may suspend a page that breaks the rules. You will be told why.
- Your page address can be changed, but popular or reserved names may not be available.
Affiliate program
- Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying sales they refer, as described on the affiliate page and in your affiliate dashboard.
- Commissions are held for the refund window before they become available, and are cancelled if the order is refunded.
- Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam and misleading promotion are not allowed and lead to lost commissions and a closed affiliate account.
- Payouts are sent to the payout method you choose, may carry a fee and may require two-factor confirmation.
Advertising
Ads on our site are paid placements and are marked "Sponsored". Advertisers must follow our Advertising policy & terms. We are not responsible for the products or services advertised.
Things you must not do
- Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.
- Scrape the site, or use bots to create accounts, post, click ads or buy.
- Share your license keys or download links with others.
- Use the site to break any law.
Our responsibility
- We work hard to keep the site available and our products working as described, but the site is provided "as is".
- We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to what you paid for it.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the bottom shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
