Summary
These terms apply to everyone who places an ad on our website ("advertiser"). By booking an ad you agree to them. In short: ads must be honest, legal and safe; we count views and clicks fairly; you pay for what was delivered; and we may decline or remove any ad that breaks these rules.
Who can advertise
- Businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.
- You must own, or have permission to promote, the product, brand and any images or text in your ad.
- We may ask for proof of identity or of your business before an ad goes live.
What is not allowed
We do not accept ads that:
- promote scams, "get rich quick" or investment schemes that promise guaranteed returns, pyramid or Ponzi schemes;
- offer hacked, cracked, pirated or "nulled" software, stolen accounts or data, or tools meant to break into systems;
- contain malware, trick downloads, fake "download" or "close" buttons, or automatic redirects;
- promote adult content, gambling (unless licensed where shown and you prove it), weapons, drugs or tobacco;
- are hateful, discriminatory, violent or harassing, or target people based on sensitive characteristics;
- make false or misleading claims, fake reviews or fake urgency;
- copy our brand or pretend to be us, our team, or another company;
- link to a page that does not match the ad, or to a page that asks for passwords, card numbers or other sensitive data under false pretences.
Ad review
- Every ad is reviewed before it runs and can be reviewed again at any time.
- We may reject an ad, ask for changes, pause it or remove it — with or without notice — if we believe it breaks this policy, the law, or puts our visitors at risk.
- Network ad code (from AdSense, Adsterra and similar networks) is checked for safety. We may remove network code that shows unsafe ads.
How ads are shown
- Every ad is labelled "Sponsored" (or the label we choose) so visitors know it is paid.
- For each placement our system chooses an ad from those that match the visitor's country and device and still have budget. Ads are drawn in proportion to their expected earnings and priority, so several advertisers can share a placement.
- We do not guarantee a specific position, number of views or clicks unless we agreed it in writing.
How we count views and clicks
- A view counts only when at least half of the ad is visible on the visitor's screen for at least one second.
- A click counts once per visitor, per ad, per day. Repeat clicks the same day are not charged.
- Known bots and crawlers are ignored.
- Our counts are final for billing. If you believe a count is wrong, tell us within 14 days and we will review the logs.
Pricing and payment
- Ads are priced per 1,000 views (CPM), per click (CPC) or per day, as agreed when you book. Prices can differ per country.
- We invoice before the campaign starts unless we agreed otherwise. Campaigns start after payment.
- When your budget or end date is reached, your ad stops automatically.
- Unused budget from a campaign we stopped for a policy breach is not refunded. Unused budget from a campaign you ask to end early can be refunded or kept as credit for a future campaign, at our discretion.
Your content and our use of it
- You keep ownership of your ad. You give us permission to display, resize and crop it on our website for the campaign.
- You are responsible for your ad, your landing page and anything you sell. You will cover any claims against us that come from your ad or your products.
Data and privacy
- We do not share our visitors' personal data with advertisers.
- Advertisers receive totals only: views, clicks, click rate and spend, per day, country and placement.
- Ads must not collect personal data without the visitor's clear consent. See our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.
Liability
We show ads "as is". We are not responsible for lost sales, lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability for any campaign is limited to the amount you paid for that campaign.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the bottom shows the latest version. Campaigns already running keep the terms that applied when they were booked, unless a change is needed by law or for safety.
