What we collect, why, who can see it, and your choices.

Summary

We collect only what we need to run the store: your account details, your orders and payments, what you post, and basic technical data to keep the site safe. We never sell your personal data. You can see, download, correct or delete your data, and choose which emails you get.

What we collect

When you create an account: your name, username, email address, password (stored scrambled — we can never read it), and — if the sign-up form asks for them — your country and phone number. We also store what you told us you are here for, so we can order your menu.

When you buy or top up: what you bought, prices, coupons, your license keys and download history, and payment details from the payment provider (for example the last four digits of a card or a transaction reference). We do not store full card numbers.

When you use the site: posts, replies and reports in the forum; gig requests, messages and files you send us; support tickets; your bio page, its links and the files you upload; reviews and questions; your wallet transactions; affiliate links, referrals, commissions and payout details you enter.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the country we detect from your IP, pages visited, and security events such as failed sign-ins. We use this to keep your account safe, stop fraud and abuse, and fix problems.

How we use it

  • To provide what you asked for: accounts, orders, downloads, licenses, gigs, the forum, bio pages and the affiliate program.
  • To take payments and prevent fraud.
  • To keep the site secure: bot checks, firewall, sign-in alerts from new devices, and two-factor sign-in.
  • To send you service emails (receipts, downloads, security alerts, replies to your tickets). Other emails — gig updates, forum replies, affiliate news, membership reminders — can be switched off in Account settings → Emails I want.
  • To send marketing emails only if you subscribed. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To improve the store, using totals rather than individual behaviour.

What other members can see

  • Forum: your username, avatar, posts, rank and stars, and when you joined. Your "online" dot only shows if Show when I'm online is on in your account settings.
  • Bio page: everything you publish on it.
  • Leaderboards: your username, unless you turn on Hide me from leaderboards.
  • Your email address, orders, wallet and payment details are never shown to other members.

Who we share it with

  • Payment providers to process your payments.
  • Email delivery providers to send our emails.
  • Hosting and backup providers that store our data securely (including encrypted off-site backups).
  • Authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers. Advertisers only receive totals such as views and clicks.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and settings and protect the site. Optional cookies are only used with your consent. See our Cookie policy.

How long we keep it

  • Account data: while your account is open.
  • Orders, payments and invoices: as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually 6–7 years).
  • Security logs: up to 30 days. Admin activity records: up to 60 days.
  • Backups: kept for a limited number of days, then deleted automatically.

Your rights

You can ask to see, download, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Some data (like invoices) must be kept by law even after you close your account; we then keep only what is required. To make a request, contact us from the email address on your account.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sensitive settings are encrypted, downloads use signed links that expire, and admin access is protected by permissions, an IP lock option and two-factor sign-in. No system is perfect — if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you promptly.

Children

The site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the bottom shows the latest version. Important changes will be announced by email or on the site.
