Accept Razorpay Payments on Your Courier & Logistics Platform

Razorpay Payment Gateway for Courier Pro allows your customers to pay for shipments online using Razorpay.

The plugin integrates directly into the Courier Pro payment system and adds Razorpay as an online payment gateway inside the administrator dashboard.

Customers are redirected to Razorpay's secure hosted payment page to complete their payment. After payment, Courier Pro verifies the transaction with Razorpay before confirming the shipment payment.

Payment Verification

The plugin does not simply trust the customer's return from Razorpay.

Courier Pro communicates with Razorpay to verify the payment status before confirming the transaction.

The plugin also supports the Razorpay:

payment_link.paid

webhook event.

This provides an additional server-to-server confirmation mechanism for completed payments.

Admin Configuration

After installation, administrators can configure Razorpay from:

Admin → Payments → Online Gateways → Razorpay

The following credentials are supported:

• Razorpay Key ID
• Razorpay Key Secret
• Razorpay Webhook Secret

Both test and live Razorpay credentials can be used.

Requirements

• Courier Pro 1.0.0 or newer
• PHP version supported by your Courier Pro installation
• Active Razorpay account
• Razorpay API credentials
• Internet connection/server access to the Razorpay API

Installation

1. Download the plugin ZIP.
2. Log in to your Courier Pro administrator dashboard.
3. Go to System → Plugins.
4. Upload razorpay-1.0.0.zip.
5. Install the plugin.
6. Enter your license key when requested.
7. Activate the plugin.
8. Go to Payments → Online Gateways → Razorpay.
9. Enter your Razorpay API credentials.
10. Configure the webhook if required.
11. Enable Razorpay.
12. Test a payment before switching to live credentials.

Webhook Configuration

For recommended payment confirmation, configure the following webhook in your Razorpay Dashboard:

Event:

payment_link.paid

The webhook secret configured in Razorpay should also be entered into the Courier Pro Razorpay gateway settings.

Important

This product is an add-on for Courier Pro.

It is not a standalone payment gateway or standalone courier management system.

A working Courier Pro 1.0.0 or newer installation is required.

A Razorpay merchant account and valid Razorpay API credentials are also required to process payments.

Support is provided for installation and issues directly related to this plugin and its integration with Courier Pro.

Third-party Razorpay account issues, merchant verification, payment-method availability, transaction disputes and Razorpay account restrictions are handled by Razorpay.
